2019 Junior Development Tournament #2 – Sunday September 15

We are pleased to announce the second Junior Development Tournament of 2019 with the assistance of Pub Charity.

This will be on Sunday September 15 at the Empire Table Tennis Club, Marine Parade, Petone. Enter by noon Saturday June 15 (see the details document).

Schedule
Under 12 1.15 pm
Under 14 9.30 am
Under 17 1.15 pm

Players should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the starting time and report to the Tournament Manager’s desk. Do not wear white or especially light coloured clothing and wear correct sports clothing & non marking sports shoes.

2019 New World Wellington City Table Tennis Wellington Open Championships – Summary

Recently Table tennis Wellington held the 2019 Wellington Open. 77 players participated, up slightly on the previous few years. There were a number of players from other Associations, particularly Manawatu, but also Auckland, Waitemata, Waikato and Marlborough.

2019 Winter Interclub – Series 2 [Completed]

The second Series of Winter Interclub has concluded with the following outcomes:

In the Premier Grade, Titan Terriers beat Empire Enforcers to win the Tommy Williams Cup.

In Division One, Onslow Ogres beat Empire Enigmas to win the Chris Williams Cup.

Division Two winners were the Titan Young Guns ahead of Empire Egrets at the conclusion of a double round robin and Empire Energisers beat Waterloo Wolves in the final of Division Three.

Congratulations to all these winners and thanks to all the players who took part and the clubs that entered them.
