Why on earth is there a Soccer World Cup trophy accompanying this article. While I was sleeping, has FIFA merged with Table-tennis Wellington Summer Inter-club behind my back is what I want to know!

Yes, FIFA and TTW will be announcing a merger soon and ITV are negotiating rights for a new drama: “Table Tennis Wives”… No real trophy for the summer inter-club winners but this picture will have to do!

Table-tennis wives! Are you sure? You know there is no money in TT. No fame either. No woman in her right mind would ever want to be called a TT WAG.
BTW, have you “digested” the 2-player format yet? Care to kindly relay to us what you have digested?

Of the 3 sets: {2/3} – people who don’t mind either way; {2} people who prefer the 2-player best-of-7; and {3} people who prefer the 3-player best-of-5. The digestion is the datum is:
{2/3} > {3} > {2} > {}
The new interclub subcommittee will be coordinating the interclub this year with that in mind.
